Sales made by the company Decoraventure are subjected to the general conditions of sale quoted below. The buyer makes a commitment to accept without limitations nor reserve the conditions below from then on when he makes a purchase of products on the www.decoraventure.com site, when his(her,its) regulation(payment) in validated summer, according to the conditions expressed below.

The confidential information which you will give to Décoraventure is néssécaires in the treatment of your (your) command(order) s). The Décoraventure company makes a commitment not to communicate this information in whoever it is without the agreement beforehand of his(her) customers.

2) Conditions and rights:

Any products, conceptions, creations, existing design and proposed on this site is the exclusive property of the company Décoraventure registered RCS under the number 494776578 and subjected to the French law.

The shop e-trades in summer realized by the company Créations-web RCS 449220326 in Brest. The set(group) of the images, the logos, the texts, and information is the property of the company Décoraventure exclusively, and can be subjected on no account to an exploitation(operation), a recovery, or an use other than within the framework of the activity of the company Décoraventure. All the images, texts, logos, and information cannot be exploited(run), got back, or used that by the company Décoraventure and his(her) customers, under reserve that an agreement, a contract or an invoice was established and signed between both parts(parties), on one hand Décoraventure company, on the other hand, sound (her) customer (s).   

Every offender on the condition described above will see itself pursued for infringement(achievement) on the property deprived, and violation of the law on copyright. 

No images, texts, logos, or information can be exploited(run) by a professional retailer without the express agreement of the company Décoraventure. Any agreement being the object of a duement contract signed between the parts(parties), on one hand the Décoraventure company, on the other hand asking for it, will be subjected to the exposed(explained) conditions and organized by the company Décoraventure, which is a holder of exploitation rights.  

3) Terms of sale:   

The prices(prizes) announced on the site are firm and definitive. The change of these prices(prizes) cannot be exclusively realized and conditioned by the company Décoraventure.

Products will be proposed in the sale within the limits of available stocks.

The payments beforehand are not deposit.

The prices(prizes) of our products are valid as long as they are announced in the screen.

The prices(prizes) of our products are indicated in Euro inclusive of all taxes (VAT and the others). The fixed prices of postal charges as indicated at the time of the invoicing come to be added to these prices(prizes).  

A) Postal charges:

The amount of postal charges is inclusively fixed at the level of 5.50€ (except parcel of more than 500 grams) for France and French-speaking countries (Belgium, Luxemburg).   

For the sendings towards the other countries of the EU and Switzerland, a 6.5€ supplement will be asked (except parcel of more than 500 grams). This supplement will be supposed to be in 8.5€ for the sendings towards the countries of Africa (except parcel of more than 500 grams), and will be 10€ for the sendings towards the United States, Asia and Oceania (except parcel of more than 500 grams). 

For parcel between 500 grams and 2 kilograms, the amount of postal charges will be fixed to 12€ for the countries of the EU and Switzerland, 16.5€ for the sending towards the countries of Africa, and 20€ for the countries of Asia, Oceania, and for the United States. For parcel beyond 2 kilograms, a 25€ fixed price(package) will be asked for the expedition on the countries of the EU and Switzerland, and from 50€ to 75€ for the rest of the world. 

B) Payments:

The accepted currencies(slogans) are the Euro, Pound sterling, Dollars (US, Canadian, Australian), according to the prices(lessons) of the stock exchange(scholarship) at the time of the purchase by taking as base the Euro. Any purchase whatever nature it is is payable altogether with order. The accepted means of payment will be in the choice of the customer, the CB, Paypal, Check (euro only!), bank transfer. However, the Décoraventure company reserves the right to propose a spreading of payment (reserved for the professional retailers wishing a partnership.)   

All are paid appearing on the invoice will see the application of penalties of an amount equal to 1,5 x the legal interest rate according to the law number 92-1442 of December 31st, 1992.

C) The delivery:

The periods(delays) of expeditions are from 5 to 7 working days (that is except weekend and days feriés) .Ils note from the moment of the validation of the command(order), if that this is made before 12 am, the same day, and the next day if that this is made after 12 hours.

The regulation(payment) by check will see itself credited with supplementary period(delay) running(roaming) as long as the validity of the aforementioned check will not be approved and provisionnée not in bank. Nobody produced will be sent as long as the validity of the check and the supply of this one will not be granted(tuned) by the bank of the salesman Décoraventure. The customer can assurrer of the evolution of his command(order) by consulting the column " followed by my command(order) " .Lors of the acceptance of the check, the command(order) will pass in status "sent"(been sent"). 

The possibility of a delivery in 72 hours at home by colissimo will engender a 5€ additional cost (for metropolitan France only.) the possibility of a delivery in 24 hours by chronopost at home will engender a 12€ additional cost (for metropolitan France only.)

The returns of products will be accepted in the condition where the packaging would be intact, as well as the state of the product. Néssécaires expenses on the return to products will be chargeable to the customer. A sum equivalent to that of the turned(returned) products will be put at the disposal of the customer in the form of purchase voucher to be used on the www.decoraventure.com shop. 

The Décoraventure company would not know how to be considered as person in charge of the delays for the delivery periods because of the chances due to the services of the post office or to the other services of subcontractor of the deliveries.

The overtakings of periods(delays) can on no account given place to interests, restraints, return of products or cancellation of a command(order). The Décoraventure company would not know how to be considered as person in charge of an error during the validation of a command(order) if this error does not emanate from the functioning of the shop e-trade.
